Listings are information, not an offer

Everything shown about a property — price, size, bedroom count, handover date, payment plan, images and plans — comes from developers and from our CRM, and can change without notice. We take care over it but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a reservation, or a contract. A property is only yours on the terms of a signed agreement, and prices, availability and plans are confirmed at that point rather than here.

Off-plan property in particular

Many listings are off-plan. Completion dates move, specifications are revised, and the finished building can differ from the visuals. Payment plans shown are indicative and are set by the developer. Take independent advice before committing.

Images

Photographs and renders supplied by developers show the intended result rather than a finished property. Some imagery on this site is illustrative — including computer-generated visuals used for area and editorial pages — and is not a photograph of a specific property for sale.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the site, other people, or us.

Enquiries and viewings

Sending an enquiry or accepting a viewing invitation does not reserve a property or create any obligation on either side. Viewings can be rearranged or cancelled, by you or by us.

Using the site properly

• Do not scrape, copy or republish our listings, photography or written content without permission.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
• Do not use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing or anything unlawful.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or security.

What belongs to whom

The design, written content, photography and brand on this site belong to Pradhan Real Estate or to the developers and partners who supplied them. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

Links elsewhere

Where we link to another company's site — a developer, a regulator, a service provider — we are not responsible for what is on it.

Our responsibility

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from the site being unavailable, or from anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
